2. All products sold by Saffron Electronics on-line via the BatteryPlanet.co.uk website are subject to acceptance of the order by Saffron and availability of the product.

3. Saffron reserves the right to withdraw any product from the Saffron Electronics or BatteryPlanet websites at any time and we may refuse to process any transaction at any time at our sole discretion.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and both Saffron and you agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

13. Returns are allowed on faulty goods which we will replace as soon as they are tested and proven to be faulty. Goods ordered by accident will be allowed to be returned but we will not refund the postage costs and will charge a restocking fee to cover our costs of £5 per order.
